What counts as a Successful Render?
A Successful Render is one that results in an image being returned to you. Unlike other APIs, Urlbox does not charge for requests that fail for any reason, such as when a web page is unavailable or the combination of options sent is not valid.
Do you cache screenshots?
Yes, Urlbox caches screenshots for 30 days when generated with Render Links. You can override this setting via the TTL parameter or use the force option to override a previously cached screenshot.
Do requests to cached screenshots count against my monthly quota?
No. Only screenshots that are being rendered for the first time or via the REST API count against your monthly quota.
What happens if I go over my quota?
You will not lose service. Urlbox will automatically upgrade you to the next tier and you will benefit from volume pricing.
Do you offer Service Level Agreements for uptime?
