Do failed screenshots count against the plan limitation?
No. Only screenshots that are successfully rendered without HTTP, browser, or network errors and not served from cache count toward your quota. Screenshots with visual issues still count toward your quota, but if you report a defect caused by algorithms rather than the source, you can request a refund.
Is ScreenshotOne free?
Yes, ScreenshotOne is a free screenshot API for taking up to 100 screenshots of any URL per month, including rendering HTML and PDF.
Do cached screenshots count toward the monthly quota?
Only unique screenshots with unique combinations of options that are not cached are counted toward your monthly quota. If there is a cache miss, the screenshot may be rerendered and counted against the quota.
Will I be notified when reaching monthly screenshot limits?
Yes, you will receive an email when you reach 90% and 100% usage of your monthly quota. You can disable or enable these notifications as you wish.
What is the refund policy?
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason, email support@screenshotone.com within 30 days and you will receive a full refund with no questions asked.
