Press Follow on any founder or listing page to receive their updates by email and in your account at no cost.

Start following
Every founder page and every listing page displays a Follow button. Press it to begin receiving news from that founder or company. If you are signed in, you follow straightaway and the button becomes Following. If you are not yet logged in, the button takes you to sign in or create a free account, then returns you to confirm.
Following costs nothing. You only need a free account on the site.
What you will hear about
When you follow a listing, you receive notice of its milestones, updates, new products, status changes (such as acquisition or closure), founder stories, demo videos and launches across the site. You get at most one notice per day, however many sites the company launches on. Followers also see Launch of the Week wins: #1, #2 or #3.
When you follow a founder, you hear about their new founder stories.
Each update arrives as a notice in your account and by email.
Manage your notifications
By default, updates arrive in one daily summary email. Visit /account/notifications to change this: you can receive updates instantly, as a daily summary, as a weekly summary, or turn them off. You can also add Telegram or Slack there.
Stop following
Open the listing or founder page and press the Following button to stop. You will receive no further updates. Alternatively, you can turn off emails at /account/notifications whilst keeping your follow active.
Questions people ask
- Does following affect a listing's votes or vote rankings?
- No. Following is separate from voting. It does not change community votes, vote rankings or Product of the Week status. The only list followers count towards is /launches/most-followed, which ranks the most followed launches on the site.
- Will founders know who is following them?
- Listing owners and founders with accounts are told that someone followed them, but never who. The number of followers may appear on the listing itself.
- What if I want to stop receiving emails but stay following?
- Visit /account/notifications and turn emails off. Your follow will remain active, and you can turn emails back on at any time.
