- What is a credit?
- A credit is the unit everything is billed in. One image render costs one credit; heavier work like PDFs, animations and video operations cost more depending on the work involved. Credits come out of a single allowance shared by images, animations, tools and workflows.
- Do AI features on images cost extra?
- Yes, AI features cost one additional credit each per layer that uses them, including face detection, subject detection, background removal and AI background generation. They are added on top of the render's base cost.
- What can I do on a trial account?
- On a trial account you can do everything at a smaller scale: one workspace, three image templates, three animation templates, three workflows and three instant URLs. The APIs, tools and integrations all work as they do on a paid plan.
- How is a workflow priced?
- A workflow is priced as the sum of its individual steps. The workflow itself is not charged separately; each render and each tool inside it costs what it would cost if run individually.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- When you run out of credits, requests are refused with a message showing how many credits the request needed and how many remain. You will not be charged into a negative balance.
