What happens when you've paid for a listing
Startup Launched doesn't offer refunds after purchase, except in one circumstance—when we remove a paid listing ourselves.
Updated
Once you've paid for a listing, that payment is final. Your money remains with us, and the purchase cannot be reversed. This is set out in our terms, though it does not affect any statutory rights you hold as a consumer.
When we step in
There is one path back to your money. If our team takes down a paid listing—whether we've rejected it at submission or removed it later—you receive a full refund to the card or account you paid with. We also issue a credit note for your records. If you paid in cryptocurrency, you'll need to provide a payout address so we can send the refund there.
Disputes and chargebacks
Should a payment be challenged or reversed, everything purchased with that order comes down while the dispute is being investigated. If we win that dispute, your listing can go back up. Until the matter is resolved, though, your content remains offline.
For the full terms of purchase, read our terms page. Questions about your rights as a buyer are best directed to your payment provider or local consumer protection office.
